How Can I Help?

There are numerous ways for you to get involved with our Tailgating for Turf fundraiser on September 22, 2007.

• Donate an item for our silent or live auction. We are interested in all sorts of items: tickets to sporting events, travel vouchers, gift certificates to restaurants, the use of a condo or timeshare in ski, or golf country, theater tickets, etc. Major items will be auctioned, live, by our auctioneer, Jim Fagan. Contact Ann Mullins at mullins.fam@verizon.net if you have an idea, a connection or an item to donate to the auctions.
• Become a table sponsor. For $500.00 you can sponsor a table and have your company, group, or family name recognized in the evening’s program, as well as the table centerpiece. Contact Mary Alice Scanlan at mascanlanx@comcast.net if you are interested.
• Purchase tickets to our "Outrageous 50/50 Raffle". Tickets are $5.00 each, or five for $20.00, and will be sold at various sites around Duxbury on weekend mornings. Look for the kids wearing green Tailgating for Turf tee shirts. Tickets will also be available at the Tailgating for Turf event. The drawing will take place at the event and you don’t need to be present to win.
• Attend the Tailgating for Turf event. Tickets are $75.00 per person, and are available at Pro Sports in Kingston and Sport Works in Duxbury. Seating is limited, and tickets are going quickly, so pick them up soon.
• We can always use a few more volunteers to help with decorating or raffle ticket sales, collecting auction items, etc. Contact Jacques Pelletier at Jacques@mountainhire.com if you are interested.

Directions to Pembroke Country Club from Duxbury

• Follow Rt 53 (Summer St.) north towards Pembroke
• Go left at first traffic light - Rt 14 West, towards Pembroke Center
• Follow Rt. 14 West 1.3 miles and bear right onto Oldham St.
• Follow Oldham St. .7 miles and go right onto Elm St.
• Pembroke Country Club is .5 miles on the left hand side
